Leadership is an appropriate application of; personal traits and experiences that one can share with others, hopefully, to motivate, inspire those to achieve a common goal.
Communication
"Talk the Talk. Walk the Walk" I am a believer of actions speak louder than words. But more importantly, extend my hand out to those willing to take that walk. I want us all to express ourselves: attempt, succeed or fail, and if so, try again, share and pave the way for future
journeys.

Involvement
For me, involvement is recognizing a circumstance, cause, or even a 'daily event' phenomenon and making a dedicated, passionate impact on it. My passion for involvement is born from my my athletic, academic, and employment standings in both the able and disabled societal arenas of life. Seeing it from both sides.

Motivation
I have always sought motivation throughout the branches of my life's journey: athletically, academically, and most importantly, socially and morally. Through my own adversity, I believe my story, and actions by myself and those around me, can be motivational factors in other people's lives.
